Superpowers:
Canon Powers
Cagliostro is able to perform alchemy. In Symphogear terms, she can use the Octaves of the Aristotle to manipulate the elements of fire, earth, air, and water; of the four, she uses water and fire the most. She has also been alchemically changed, giving her a perfect body and eternal youth (as well as facilitating her male to female transition), as well as athleticism. She has shown the ability to generate shields, fire multiple blasts of energy using the fire Aristotle in an attack called Agressive Burst, and various other elemental manipulations.
Cagliostro also wields the Philospher's Stone in battle, which for her is worn on a ring known as her "Spellcaster". It causes her to to don what is known as a Faust Robe, which in her case is a scantily clad suit of armor that allows her to fight on the level of someone wielding the anti-Noise weapons known as Symphogear. In Cagliostro's case, her strength is amplified, allowing her to pull off devastating punches and destroy large objects. Furthermore, she can focus her Philosopher's Stone's energy into two heart shaped constructs, which she then sends hurtling forward explosively in the form of a punch ("Eccentric Heart").
Cagliostro can also power up her alchemy using the energy of songs. However, unlike a Symphogear user, she is not reliant on it, and can perform her alchemy without it. The Philosopher's Stone can also be used to amplify her alchemy, as well as purify corruption and impurities. Whether this will work on other people's powers will depend on their personal preference and consent.
New Powers
Shapeshifting - Cagliostro will gain the ability to shapeshift into other people. Such cases will be only skin-deep and not allow her to assume their powers, or take the form of other substances.
Shoujo vision - Cagliostro will be able to generate bubbles, sparkles, and a pink aura as if she were a protagonist in a shoujo manga. This power will have absolutely no combat applicability.
Clothes generation - Able to place clothing on herself or others, with said clothes being based on her imagination. Will be used with any other players' consent.
Limitations:
Alchemy cannot create something from nothing; everything she transmutes must require the existence of another substance.
Her Faust Robe requires the Spellcaster to physically be on her person, and if it should ever be removed, she will be unable to transform. Likewise, the same goes for using the Philosopher's Stone as a battery. If it should ever be damages, it will be unable to be used for either purpose, and take a great deal of time to repair.
Cagliostro's shapeshifting will only allow her to manipulate her own anatomy and be unable to duplicate powers or individual strengths and talents. Furthermore, her voice will be unchanged.
Cagliostro will be unable to use her clothing generating power in combat.

Personality —
Cagliostro was once known as a liar and a swindler. Since acquiring her new body and eternal youth, however, she's made the decision never to lie about her feelings, or to herself, ever again. This extends to all her actions. She's extremely in-your-face about whatever she chooses to do, and dresses in a revealing manner in order to express the love she has for her current form. She also acts according to her whims, and will attack those who piss her off or insult her. In the end, her own choices are her primary motivation, and is usually always frank and direct in how she communicates, especially if it might involve something provocative or innuendo.
That is not to say she can't be duplicitous or tricksy. Her primary fighting style is a mixture of direct attacks, fake-outs, and mind-games, fitting for a boxing-type fighting style. Furthermore, she'll tend to attack her opponents psychologically, calling out insults or hitting their sore or vulnerable points. She's also shown herself to be extremely cunning, in that she managed to not only suss out her boss, Adam Weishaupt's true intentions, but also fake both her own death and her comrade Prelati's in order to act against him. Her commitment to honesty applies mostly to herself and her own feelings, and this shows that there's still bits of the old charlatan magician still inside her.
Cagliostro's usual demeanor is flirty and playful. She also tends to act spoiled, and loves creature comforts and dislikes "roughing it". If she feels put out, she will complain and make sure you know about it, even if it involves something she's committed to doing. She'll be there for the long haul, but insists on making her dissatisfaction known. This gives the sense that she's immature, but in reality, Cagliostro simply knows what she wants. The flirty and playful side is not an act, as she's, again, committed to being honest about her own feelings, but for those who don't know her, this can make her appear to be insincere.
Another defining trait is her loyalty. This devotion is now fixated on Saint-Germain, her leader. Cagliostro once stood for nothing but personal self-interest, but in coming to follow Saint-Germain, she found someone who stood for something important. That said, this devotion is less due to sharing Germain's ideals so much as it is that she's dedicated to Germaine as a person. If she legitimately likes or cares for someone, Cagliostro will follow them to the ends of the earth. The same would be true for her other, comrade, Prelati, as well as anyone else she might legitimately befriend or become close to. She'd quite literally die for Germain in canon, and in fact did, which shows the lengths she'd go to in order to do right by those she's devoted to.
One more aspect of Cagliostro's personality is how changeable she is. While she won't suddenly pivot in terms of motivation or ideals, she does tend to flip emotionally on a dime. She can be sweet and playful one moment, and then utterly terrifying and aggressive in the next. This is most often shown in combat, where she will pivot depending on how fired up she is or how well the fight is going for her. Cagliostro also doesn't handle disappointment well, with her aforementioned whinyness coming out in such cases. Needless to say, she does not handle unpleasant things particularly well at all.

Gameplay —
Areas of Interest / Brainstorming: Cagliostro will, if she gets in, mostly follow her leader, Saint-Germain. That said, I'm interested in seeing her trolling everybody, and dealing with the complexities of being alive again. Her powers will also be fun to play with, as will seeing how she reacts to the powers that be in the game and whether she'll ultimately decide to join them, oppose them, or simply try her best to mess with them.
